My story

My name is Lucia Ondrušová and my passion is to develop any (and all) soccer players, from the grassroots to the professional level. My ambition has always been to provide elite level soccer skills training and share my training knowledge with everyone to help you achieve your football goals.

When I played professionally in Switzerland, I had two great technical coaches, Antonio dos Santos (from Brazil) and Timo Jankowski (from Germany). I was 25 years old at that time and I was introduced to technical drills that I had never worked with in my entire career. This led me to think,

"Where would I be right now if I would have had these coaches earlier in my career? Could I have been even more successful?"

I immediately knew that I wanted to be that coach for someone like me who wasn't fortunate to have them in their lives earlier on.

Do you want to know a little bit more about me?

I was a professional football player who played for AC Sparta Prague, 1.FC Köln, Hellas Verona, FC Basel, FC Neunkirch, FK Bohemians Prague, ŠK Slovan Bratislava and the Slovakian National Team. I am historically the first Slovak women football player, who reached 100 cups for Slovak Republic. Throughout my career, I played football in different countries and have seen many methods of coaching. I transition these experiences from my career to my work as an individual football skills coach.

Where did I play?

  • Germany - 1. FC Köln

  • Italy- Hellas Verona

  • Switzerland - FC Basel, FC Neunkirch

  • Czech Republic - AC Sparta Prague, FK Bohemians Prague

  • Slovakia - ŠK Slovan Bratislava
